🔁 RETURN, REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY – HUMARA PANDIT

1. OVERVIEW

At Humara Pandit (D A Dharm Sathi Private Limited), we strive to provide authentic and high-quality spiritual products and services. Due to the sensitive and spiritual nature of many of our offerings, certain items are not eligible for return.


2. CANCELLATION POLICY

Order Cancellation (Before Dispatch)

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier

  • To cancel, contact us at namaste@humarapandit.com or WhatsApp support

After Dispatch

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped

  • In such cases, customers may refer to the return policy (if eligible)


3. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

✅ Eligible for Return

  • Damaged product received

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Missing items in the package

📌 Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Unboxing video (mandatory)

  • Clear photos of product & packaging


❌ Not Eligible for Return

Due to the spiritual nature of products, the following are non-returnable:

  • Gemstones (natural or energized)

  • Rudraksha products

  • Crystal bracelets or malas once worn

  • Energized / consecrated items

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Puja services or temple bookings

  • Products purchased during sale/offer (unless damaged)


4. REFUND POLICY

Approved Returns

  • Once your return is approved and product is received:

    • Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days

    • Amount will be credited to the original payment method

COD Orders

  • Refunds will be issued via:

    • Bank transfer / UPI (details required)


5. REPLACEMENT POLICY

  • In case of damaged or incorrect product:

    • We offer free replacement instead of refund (preferred)

    • Subject to stock availability


6. SHIPPING CHARGES

  • For eligible returns (damage/wrong item):

    • Return shipping is covered by us

  • For any other approved exception:

    • Shipping cost may be borne by the customer


7. IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Unboxing video is mandatory for any claim

  • Claims without proof may not be accepted

  • Slight variations in natural products are not defects
