  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day
  • For customized or energized items, processing time may extend to 3–5 working days

3. DELIVERY TIMELINE

  • Standard delivery time: 3–7 working days
  • Delivery timelines may vary based on:
    • Location (metro / non-metro / remote areas)
    • Courier partner availability

4. SHIPPING CHARGES

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout
  • Free shipping may be offered on selected products or promotions

5. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

  • COD is available on selected orders and locations
  • Our team may contact you for order confirmation before dispatch
  • We reserve the right to cancel COD orders that are unverified or suspicious

6. ORDER TRACKING

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
    • Tracking link via SMS / WhatsApp / Email
  • You can track your order in real-time using the provided link

7. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

  • Courier partners will make 2–3 delivery attempts
  • If the order is not accepted:
    • It may be marked as RTO (Return to Origin)
    • Future orders may be restricted to prepaid only

8. DELAYS IN SHIPPING

  • Weather conditions
  • Courier partner issues
  • Unforeseen circumstances

9. DAMAGED OR TAMPERED PACKAGES

  • If the package appears damaged or tampered:
    • Do not accept the delivery
